Not happy with something you ordered? You can return it within 14 days of delivery.
What can be returned
- Items that are unused, with tags and in their original packaging.
- Items that arrive damaged or are not what you ordered — we cover the return in that case.
For hygiene reasons, opened beauty and personal-care products and underwear can only be returned if they arrive damaged or faulty.
How to return
- Contact us with your order number and the item you want to return.
- We arrange the pickup or tell you where to drop it off.
- Once we receive and check the item, we confirm your refund.
Refunds
We refund you the way you paid. For cash-on-delivery orders, our team agrees with you how to return the money. Delivery fees are refunded when the item was damaged or wrong.
